Our Story
Aleppo Palace Hotel is a three-star, family-owned hotel located directly overlooking Saadallah Al-Jabiri Square and Aleppo Public Park.
Aleppo Palace Hotel opened its doors in 2008 with a simple vision: to offer guests a comfortable stay, attentive service, and the warm hospitality for which Aleppo is known.
Family-owned by the Al Hritany family, the hotel has grown into a welcoming destination for business travellers, families, couples, and visitors from around the world. With 64 rooms and suites, Aleppo Palace Hotel combines a central location with a personal and friendly atmosphere.
Overlooking Saadallah Al-Jabiri Square and Aleppo Public Park, the hotel stands in one of the city’s most recognised locations. Through the years, our commitment has remained the same: to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and connected to the spirit of Aleppo.

Mr. Haytham Akkad
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Haytham Akkad brings extensive knowledge, dedicated leadership, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction to Aleppo Palace Hotel.
As General Manager, he oversees the hotel’s daily operations and leads the team with a clear focus on warm Syrian hospitality, attentive service, and consistently high standards. His experience and personal approach help ensure that every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay.
